Does selon que require the subjunctive?

No, selon que does not take the subjunctive:

Par exemple…

On va peut-être à la plage, selon qu’il fait beau ou mauvais.
We might go to the beach, depending on whether the weather is nice or not.

  À noter : Even some native speakers mistakenly use the subjunctive here, but only the indicative is correct.
