No, aussitôt que does not take the subjunctive:
Par exemple…
Je t’appellerai aussitôt que nous saurons la réponse.
I’ll call you as soon as we know the answer.
Note that this conjunctive phrase is normally followed by the future, rather than the present tense used in English.
