Supposer may require the subjunctive, depending on how it’s used.
When making an assumption, no subjunctive.
Par exemple…
Je suppose que Liliane sait où il habite.
I assume that Liliane knows where he lives.
For a hypothesis, yes to the subjunctive.
Par exemple…
Supposons qu’elle le sache.
Let’s suppose that she knows.
