Usage notes: Peu importe is a very common French expression, useful for indicating that something doesn’t really matter.

Par exemple…

Achète des potirons ou des gourdes, peu importe.   Buy some pumpkins or gourds, it doesn’t really matter.
Peu importe ton opinion, je vais le faire.   Your opinion doesn’t really matter, I’m going to do it.
