Usage notes: D’accord is the French equivalent of "OK," as in an unenthusiastic or neutral synonynm for "yes":

Par exemple…

– On part à 6h, d’accord ?   We’re leaving at 6am, OK?.
– Oui, d’accord.   – Yes, OK.

Être d’accord most commonly means "to agree."

Je suis d’accord avec vous.   I agree with you.
Tout le monde est d’accord ?   Does everyone agree?
On est bien d’accord ?   We agree / We’re on the same page, right?
Nous ne sommes pas d’accord.   We don’t agree.

Être d’accord pour + infinitive means "to agree to" or "to be willing to":

Il est d’accord pour travailler demain.   He agrees to work tomorrow.
Je suis d’accord pour vous aider.   I’m willing to help you.

Être d’accord que means "to agree that" + indicative:

Il est d’accord que tu as raison.   He agrees that you’re right.
Nous sommes d’accord que c’est important.   We agree that it’s important.

Informally, être d’accord que means agree as in "to accept that, allow" + subjunctive:

Il est d’accord que tu partes tôt.   He agrees that you can leave early.
On est d’accord qu’elle choisisse la date.   We agree that she can pick the date.
