Usage notes: The French expression bien dans sa peau describes a person who feels good about him/herself, who is comfortable in his/her own skin. It can be used with être (to be) and se sentir (to feel) in any tense or mood, in reference to any person, and in comparatives.

Je suis enfin bien dans ma peau. | I finally feel good about myself. | |
Est-ce que tu te sens bien dans ta peau ? | Do you feel good about yourself? | |
Il était toujours bien dans sa peau. | He always felt good about himself. | |

Variation: Bien dans sa peau, bien dans sa tête is often used to talk about things like health care and self-improvement.
