Ce resto est ouvert 24 heures sur 24.   This restaurant is open 24 hours a day.

Abbreviations

The addition of "7 days a week" is in a similar format: 7 jours sur 7. Thus the expanded expression is

  • 24 h sur 24, 7 j sur 7
  • 24h/24, 7j/7

 The last one is the closest French equivalent to the very economical "24/7" commonly used in English.
